A legal disclaimer

While we strive to provide high-quality lawn care services, Solid Ground Property Services does not guarantee specific results regarding lawn appearance, weed elimination, or turf health. Results may vary based on factors such as soil condition, weather, irrigation, prior maintenance, and overall lawn health.

Limitation of Liability

Solid Ground Property Services is not responsible for damage to property, landscaping, irrigation systems, or structures caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden obstacles, or normal wear and tear. This includes, but is not limited to, rocks, debris, tree roots, sprinkler heads, pet waste, or other objects not clearly visible at the time of service.

We are not liable for damage caused by weak or improperly maintained surfaces, edging materials, fences, or fixtures. Clients are responsible for marking or notifying us of any hidden hazards, irrigation systems, or delicate areas prior to service.

Service Conditions

Clients are responsible for ensuring lawns are accessible and free of hazards before scheduled service. This includes removing debris, toys, pet waste, and other obstructions that may interfere with safe and effective service.

Service Availability

All services are subject to weather conditions, equipment availability, and scheduling. Solid Ground Property Services reserves the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Lawn care services are priced per 1/4 acre.
 

Terms & Conditions

Solid Ground Property Care provides lawn care and property maintenance services including mowing, edging, weed eating, and cleanup based on the selected service plan or agreed scope of work. Services may be scheduled on a recurring or one-time basis and are subject to change due to weather, equipment issues, or route optimization. We make every effort to maintain consistent service, but scheduling may vary when necessary.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their property is accessible and prepared on the scheduled service day. This includes unlocking gates, securing pets, and removing obstacles such as toys, debris, and pet waste. Failure to provide access or a safe working environment may result in a skipped service and/or additional charges.

While we take care to avoid damage, Solid Ground Property Care is not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden hazards, or normal wear and tear. This includes, but is not limited to, damage involving sprinkler systems, rocks, roots, landscape fixtures, or weak structures. Any service concerns must be reported within 24 hours. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Payment is due according to the agreed service plan, and late payments may result in service interruption or additional fees. Cancellations require advance notice, and last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unsafe conditions and to refuse service if conditions are hazardous or expectations are not met.
